• High readability due to the fact that they are designed and created from several very thin “layers”, where the laser simply evaporates or burns one of these layers at high speeds. The heat of the beam neither undoes nor burns the material. It simply generates the contrast that allows perfect readability.
• Another alternative is to add a final layer with certain additives, so that they react to the laser beam to generate a contrast of a particular color. In this case, the laser does not evaporate any layer, but simply triggers a reaction upon contact with the additive.
